| The photo below shows an example of what a pre-cast foundation wall looks like on the interior. The wall is available at the 8', 9', and 10' heights. The walls are ready to finish on the inside and are customizable with windows and doors. |

| In 2008, David Dulay Homes prepares for another successful year of building custom homes in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Many of our customers are concerned with the rising costs of fuel and the energy efficiency of the homes we are building. In response to these concerns, we have compiled many of the guidelines for building a ?green? house. Please note the advantages that we incorporate into our building process.
