Building Process
David Dulay Homes can assist you with the entire process of building your new home, providing turnkey completion. We can also provide the home only. After meeting at our Model Home and Design Center to finalize your plans, we head out to your site to bring the floor plan to life.

Excavation
We work with you to develop your vision of the site. Experienced professionals will plan and execute the many components of this process including septic system, driveway, digging and backfilling of foundation.

Foundations
Precast foundations walls are available in 8, 9, and 10 foot heights. Windows and doors are incorporated as needed. The walls have an insulation value of R-21. The floor of the foundation is poured. Using the precast system, the interior is ready to finish.

Crane and Set
Modules are lifted onto the foundation by crane. Roofs are lifted into position and shingling is completed.

Trim
Most houses arrive about 90% complete, but finishing touches are added on interior marriage walls and exterior gables, and the entire house is detailed to insure completion.

Decks and Porches
From a code-compliant landing, rail, and stairs, to a grand and detailed covered porch, the final touches of pressure treated or composite decking and porch materials can be added to complete the custom home.
